Responsibilities

• Management of the Architecture project and the design team.
• Development of P and P stage documentation of Architecture sections (including ODI, CEO and Insolation) of multi-storey residential and public buildings (under the supervision of RP and ISU).
• Development of documentation in accordance with the norms.
• Preparing and issuing assignments to related disciplines and analyzing and implementing the assignments received.
• Integration of initial data into the Architectural Project.
• Possible implementation of Author's supervision in the part of AR.

Requirements

• Higher architectural education.
• Experience in designing public buildings, multi-storey housing and large scale projects.
• Experience in leading a team of architects.
• Experience of interaction with Customers and Expertise.
• Knowledge of norms and procedures.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad.
• Communication skills, leadership potential.
